

2lb bag of hash brown
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups old cheddar cheese
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
melt butter and pour over hash browned (thawed)
in another bowl mix rest of ingredients. pour this mixture over potatoes and mix well and put in a 9x13 pan.
topping:
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter
mix together and spread over hash brown mixture.
bake at 350F for 1 hour or until topping is brown and casserole bubbles.

butter- margarine
sour cream- 1 cup
cheddar cheese- mozzarella and cheddar mix
chicken soup- cream of mushroom and celery
corn flakes- bran flakes
1/2 cup melted butter(in topping)-1/4 cup margarine
