18 Graham crackers
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tbs marg melted
Press + bake
2 8oz cream cheese blended
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Soften cheese and sugar, egg yolks
beat 7 min fold in stiffly beaten whites, pour into crust bake 350F
For 40 min cool 1/2 hour before adding topping
1 cup sour cream
3 teaspoon sugar
Vanilla
Pour over cake, bake 10 min more, store in fridge 6 hours before serving
