Japanese cabbage salad



2 cups chow mein noodles
2-3 cups bean sprouts(fresh)
1 package ichiban noodles (uncooked)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup chopped onion
1-2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup celery
also 1 can sliced water chestnuts


dressing

2-3 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2-4 tablespoon soya sauce
1/2 cup oil
*mix up 1 hour ahead and let set
1 pouch ichiban noodle seasoning
measure all ingredients above, break up the ichiban noodles by hand. one hour before serving.
